The selection of the final team for the coming season has also come in its wake the need for measures to ensure that all players strictly adhered to the club’s code of conduct that has for some time been relaxed on application.
To this end, the players whose performance has given them a place in the final team were last Wednesday served with copies of their code of conduct for study and adherence.
Lt.Col Adu, a member of the Disciplinary Committee of the club personally handed the copies of the code to the players and offered pieces of advice on it.
“Our intention is not to put any unnecessary fear in any of you, neither do we intend to make your stay at Kotoko a difficult one. What we seek to address is that, in every society, there are rules that regulate to ensure that all felt protected to be able to live in harmony with each other”.
“I hope that you will give us the fullest support to enable us also address the problems and challenges that will come your way during the period of your stay with Kotoko,” he requested of the players.
He urged the players to carefully read the sections of the code and report to the Committee for any further explanation they may seek on them.
