ELECTION MODALITIES


At the NCC Executive meeting held on the 30th August, 2009 at the Silver Ring Hotel Asokwa Kumasi, the following arrangements on the NCC Chairmanship Election were made.

1. 5th December, 2009 Election day at the National House of Chiefs Kumasi
2. Filing fee GH¢500.00 non-refundable once paid
3. Open of nomination 5th September – 5th October, 2009 (1 month)
4. Vetting of applicants 10th & 11th October, 2009 in Kumasi
5. Any Circle member interested must have be with a circle at least for five years
6. Must fulfill all obligations to NCC
7. Interest applicants should pick forms and pay through their regional councils
8. Electorial college:
●All the National Executive members
● Regional Chairmen
● A member each from the circles
9. Only paid up members are eligible to vote
10. Any NCC Executive wishes to contest must resign before 5th September, 2009
